General Questions

IFPAS Run 2019 will be held at Marina Barrage on 17 March 2019.

Flag-off is at 07:00hrs.

Participants will be given a 15-minute grace period from the flag-off time, thereafter they will not be allowed to participate due to traffic control and other safety reasons.

The cut-off time for the 5km race is 2 hours.

The starting point is at the top level of Marina Barrage while the finishing point is at the ground level.

By Mass Rapid Transit(MRT)

From Marina Bay Station and Downtown Station:
Take bus 400 at Marina Bay Financial Centre (03391) along Marina Boulevard.

From Tanjong Pagar Station:
Take bus 400 in front of International Plaza (03223).

By Bus

07:00hrs – 23:30hrs (Frequency of 15-20 mins)

By Car*

To get to Marina Barrage:

Head towards Central Boulevard from AYE (East Bound) into MCE (Exit 2) or ECP/KPE (Towards City) into MCE (Exit 3).

Follow the road/directional signs along Central Boulevard towards Marina Gardens Drive (right turn).

Stay on Marina Gardens Drive passing by first Gardens by the Bay and Satay by the Bay on the left before reaching Marina Barrage.

Alternatively, travel from Rochor/Ophir towards ECP (West Bound) through Sheares Avenue into Central Boulevard.

Parking Rates at Marina Barrage:
$0.025/min for the first 5hrs, $0.05/min for the next subsequent hr from 5am to 6pm
$0.02/min from 6pm to 12midnight, $0.05/min from 12midight to 5am the following day

Registrations are non-refundable.

Registrations are non-transferable.

Runners will receive a tote bag, running tee, race bib and a finisher medal.

This could be due to such reasons as follows:

Your registration was not successful and therefore the confirmation slip was not rendered.

There could be an error in your email at the point of registration so the confirmation slip was unable to be sent to the correct email address.

The email has been clocked by your mail server and/or is treated as spam.

During Event

Runners are advised to carry the minimum essentials to the run. You may deposit your belongings at the available baggage check-in counter. The baggage counter will be manned by volunteers. Please note that the organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items.

Should there be a drizzle, the run will continue. In the event of bad weather (with lightning risk), the Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run, shorten the run or modify the run course. However, should the inclement weather persist, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the run without any refund of the registration fee.

Yes, there will be route marshals to guide you along the route.

Participants who are injured or are unable to complete the race are to approach the nearest manned first aid station or route marshal.
